A beautiful, four bedroom villa only 80 metres from the beach and the Estrella del Mar beach club.
Access to the villa is through a secure automatic gate where you enter a wonderfully manicured garden with a private pool. Parking is either in the private garage or the car port at the front of the house.
You enter the house into a large entrance hall, leading off of this is a sizeable lounge/dining area with a dining table and chairs sofa and arm chairs, a desk and television. The lounge opens on to a covered terrace which runs all the way along the villa and is furnished with table and chairs. This overlooks the garden and private pool and a solid gazebo with chairs and a children´s playhouse. To the left of the entrance hall there is a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy dinner on the terrace or a barbecue around the pool. There is a small utility area leading from the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer with an ice maker.
