The lounge leads out from terrace doors onto a raised terrace with a table and chairs. Take the steps down onto the private garden which is fitted with sun loungers, private pool and a BBQ. From here you can enjoy the spectacular views of the sea, Gibraltar and North Africa.
Take the stairs to the first floor and there are 4 more bedrooms. The light and spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes in dressing area, ceiling fan and benefits from a full en suite bathroom with bath and shower. You also have direct access out onto your own terrace which again has some spectacular views over the sea and coast. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed, fitted wardrobes in dressing area, ceiling fan and benefits from an en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
The third bedroom has king size bed, fitted wardrobes and its own terrace which has a spiral staircase leading down to the main garden. The fourth bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and has AC unit fitted as well as ceiling fan. There is also another full bathroom on this floor. The gardens have vast lawned areas, lemon trees and terraces. Both Estepona and Duquesa are close by just 5 km either way by car.
The pool and the garden
Coastal Casares is only a few minute's drive to Puerto de la Duquesa and Sabinillas to the west. Along this 2km stretch of un-crowded beaches and promenades, you can visit the Duquesa marina with it’s bars, restaurants and cafes. The beaches at Casares are of a very high standard, kept clean and with all necessary facilities. Some have been awarded blue-flag status for excellence. The town of Sabinillas is just a few kilometres away, offering all the amenities to make for an easy holiday including restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. You are spoilt for choice with beach restaurants and traditional Spanish ventas all within a short distance.
Quality golfing is in abundance including the famous Sotogrande, San Roque and Valderrama (home to the 1997 Ryder Cup) courses. This unspoilt area of the Costa del Sol is just waiting to be discovered.
The village of Casares is one of the enchanting “Pueblo Blanco” villages found around Spain. The picturesque, white washed houses in the village sprawl over and crawl up the hillside to the base of the 12th Century Medieval Castle, which sits on top of the hill like a guardian.
