This 3 storey Townhouse has been completely refurbished. The ground floor level is accessed by a few steps down to the lounge and dining area and one of the bedrooms is located on this floor. The lounge is furnished with a large L shaped sofa, dining table and chairs and a 55" TV. The lounge leads out onto the south facing terrace and is furnished with a sofa unit and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and also gives access to the terrace. The bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed. built in wardrobes and has access to a garden area. There is a guest shower room on this level.
Take the stairs up to 2 more bedrooms and access to the roof terrace. The master bedroom suite is fitted with a super king size bed and benefits from a small balcony, an en suite shower room and a separate dressing room. From the ground level, take the stairs down to one more bedroom and a second lounge/bedroom. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has use of the guest shower room on this floor. It is a great place for all ages and within the urbanization you will find something for everyone. There is an abundance of bars and restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gym, tennis club and an 18 hole golf course. There is also a sports centre and health club with tennis, bowls and pool.
There are two commercial centres and the long stretch of beach offers many water sports and beach dining opportunities. Riviera del Sol is a short drive East from La Cala de Mijas, or for the more energetic, an easy stroll along the broad walk will take you there. If you enjoy panoramic coastal views, you can take a short trip up into the hills and look back down across the sloping urbanisation to the Mediterranean sea. Also close by and to the West is the charming Port of Cabopino, with its exclusive yachts and many bars and restaurants overlooking the port.
