This lovely 2 bed townhouse is located in the gated complex of Monte Alto in La cala Golf. The complex is approximately a 7 km drive to the coast and walking distance to the golf and club house. There are 2 communal swimming pools, both with separate childrens pools. The house has underground parking, with remote access to a private garage, aircon and free WIFI.
On the ground floor, you can find the separate fully equipped kitchen with small terrace and gas BBQ.
Through to the lounge/dining area, there is a dining space available for 6 people, a leather L shaped sofa with electric recliner, a TV with international channels and a wood burner for the cooler winter months. Leading out from the lounge is the terrace/garden. The covered part of the terrace has a lounge seating area with coffee table and glass curtains giving the option to have an open or closed terrace. There is a further terrace area which is open and partly grassed, with a sun lounger. There is a WC on this floor.
Up to the 1st floor you can find the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower attachment and access to a private terrace. The guest bedroom benefits from 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, an en suite shower room and access to a small terrace area.
At basement level you can access the private garage space in the underground parking and also access to the pools.
The property is 1 km from the La Cala Golf Resort and 1 km from the driving range.
The area where the house is located is very nice and quiet but the town of La Cala is just a 10 minute drive. La Cala has all the facilities and amenities needed for a very enjoyable holiday.
