The communal pool is located directly opposite the house. The house is arranged over 3 floors. The ground floor has an open plan living space, which includes a dining seating area, a lounge seating area including a sofa, armchair and TV. The American diner style kitchen is fully equipped. There is a WC on this floor. The ground floor terrace can be accessed from the lounge area. Here you can make use of the sun loungers, dining seating area and gas BBQ.
On the 1st floor are the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. This room has view of the pool and access to a large private terrace. The 2nd bedroom has a double size bed, fitted wardrobes and and en-suite shower room. There is also access to a private terrace with a small seating area for two.
La Cala de Mijas, centrally located on the Costa del Sol coastline, is a small jewel of a town situated between Marbella to the west and Fuengirola to the east. La Cala is a town with a wonderful village atmosphere and attitude. The central high street has small, narrow roads branching off it, taking you to the many boutiques, shops, bars and restaurants until you can go no further as you have reached the main square and the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. The coastline of La Cala offers both long stretches of clean, sandy beaches, where you can take a leisurely stroll west on the boardwalk all the way to Riviera del Sol, and interesting craggy parts to the east to explore and watch the many kite surfing enthusiasts filling the sky with the colourful canopies.
By day, La Cala bustles with tourists and locals alike and is always a hive of activity of people going about their daily business or heading to the beach for a lunch with a view at one of the beach restaurants. Beach side La Cala offers a large childrens play area and the main square where all the fiestas and outdoor summer festivities are held and is dominated by the 16th Century watch tower “El Torreon”.
Inland La Cala is for the golfer and lovers of the outdoors. Here you can find plenty of high quality golf courses to play a round or two on and the wonderful, natural countryside to spend the day discovering by foot, mountain bike or horseback.
