This two bedroom apartment is situated on the prestigious and secure complex of Reserva del Higueron, Benalmadena Costa, just a few minutes’ walk from the exclusive THB Reserva del Higueron 4 star Hotel, which offers a Spa and sports centre, gym, padel courts and a first class restaurant. The complex offers a communal swimming pool and gardens and the apartment offers a secure parking space.
There is air conditioning in all rooms and free WIFI.
The apartment is arranged over one floor and can be access by lift or stairs. The spacious lounge/diner is fitted with a large L shaped sofa, 50¨TV and a dining table and chairs. The lounge leads out onto the covered terrace which is fitted with a dining table and chairs and a lounge seating area. A further open terrace space is separated by glass curtains/doors, to give the option of indoor/outdoor living. The terrace offers lovely views of the complex and the swimming pool. Leading out from the dining area to the side is a further open terrace space, where sun loungers can be enjoyed. The galley kitchen is fully equipped.
The main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and enjoys the use of an ensuite bathroom, furnished with a bath with a shower attachment. The master bedroom has access out to the main terrace. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and has use of the guest bathroom, fitted with a walk in shower. The guest bedrooms enjoys access to the side terrace.
As the complex is situated in an elevated location, there is a hill to and from the coast, which is approx. 1km away. There is tram transport available year round to and from the Carvajal beach and seafront.
Benalmadena Costa is situated between Fuengirola and Torremolinos and is approximately a 15 minute drive from the airport. To the west is the popular town of Fuengirola, with its 6km long seafront promenade and many shops, restaurants and bars. Fuengirola is also popular for the many fantastic attractions it has to offer including a Bioparc and a castle. To the east is Benalmadena, and Torremolinos, which are other large seafront towns with many facilities and attractions.
The Carvajal train station, with regular trains to both Fuengirola, Malaga city and the airport, is 1km away located down the hill and provides easy access to Malaga city and airport and all the towns along the route. Nearby the complex there are local shops and supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants. This is a great area for a complete holiday with many nearby attractions within a few minutes drive.
