This excellent 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the prestigious and secure complex of Reserva de Higueron, Benalmadena Costa, just a few minutes’ walk from the exclusive THB Reserva de Higueron 4 star Hotel which offers first class facilities including a Spa and sports centre, gym, padel courts and a first class restaurant. The complex offers a communal swimming pool and gardens and the apartment can be accessed by stairs or a lift.
This lovely apartment is arranged over one floor and is tastefully furnished. The spacious lounge/diner is fitted with 2 sofas, wooden cabinets, A/C unit and dining table and chairs. The lounge leads out onto the large, partly covered terrace and is fitted with terrace table and chairs to enjoy outside dining. The terrace offers lovely views of the complex and the swimming pool. The galley kitchen is well equipped.
The main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and A/C unit and enjoys the use of an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and A/C unit and has use of the guest bathroom fitted with a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.
As the complex is situated in an elevated location, there is a hill to and from the coast, which is approx. 1km away. There is tram transport available year round to and from the Carvajal beach and seafront.
Benalmadena Costa is situated between Fuengirola and Torremolinos and is approximately a 15 minute drive from the airport. To the west is the popular town of Fuengirola, with its 6km long seafront promenade and many shops, restaurants and bars. Fuengirola is also popular for the many fantastic attractions it has to offer including a Bioparc and a castle. To the east is Benalmadena, and Torremolinos, which are other large seafront towns with many facilities and attractions.
The Carvajal train station, with regular trains to both Fuengirola, Malaga city and the airport, is 1km away located down the hill and provides easy access to Malaga city and airport and all the towns along the route. Nearby the complex there are local shops and supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants. This is a great area for a complete holiday with many nearby attractions within a few minutes drive.
