The apartment is spacious and has excellent furnishings. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and direct access the the south facing terrace and private garden. There is a further bathroom and second bedroom with twin beds and fitted.
Air conditioning throughout the property. Fully fitted kitchen with separate utility room. Large lounge dining area, Community TV with international channels on a 42' Smart TV. Dining area and direct access to the terrace.
The management company will be available throughout your stay.
The complex of Los Arqueros offers a challenging 18 hole, par 71 golf course designed by one of the worlds top professional golfers, Severiano Ballesteros. It also has two putting greens with a bunker, a driving range, a chipping Green and golf lessons can be arranged. The 5 * Club House offers a restaurant and bar, satellite TV, free wi-fi and pro-shop and has a children’s and football area. There are also 2 tennis, padel and squash courts and a gym.
Los Arqueros is situated between the charming, typically Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara and the wonderful inland town of Benahavis. San Pedro is close to Puerto Banús sitting at the base of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range.
The main street through the centre of San Pedro is pedestrianised and covers the motorway tunnel, making it a safe and pleasant environment with no main road passing through it. San Pedro is bursting with activities, shops, bars and quality restaurants, it even includes an year round artificial ice rink! Take a walk from the centre of San Pedro town to the beachfront along the attractive Avenida del Marques del Duero. Continue enjoying the town and facilities along the seafront promenade where you can enjoy excellent beachside restaurants specialising in fish dishes and wonderful ambiance.
The hill top town of Benahavis offers a refreshing break from the bustling coast and is a renowned "Gastronomical Corner" of Andalucia. Situated just 7km from the coast on the southern face of the Ronda mountain range, it offers easy access to all the unspoilt, natural beaches of this area and spectacular views over the many golf courses and down to the Mediterranean sea. The town is set within beautiful natural countryside and is a popular place for locals and tourists to take a day out and relax and enjoy the many restaurants and quaint streets.
Just 10 minutes away is the exclusive marina of Puerto Banus or 'The Port' as it's known locally which is a luxury marina and shopping complex originally built to attract the world's mega-wealthy.
